This is accomplished thru communication, planning and using cutting edge technology in their Phoenix location. Continuing to build on the success of developing relationships that are more than just an appointment, the Doctors at Focal Point Vitality strive to optimize your quality of life.
Our Doctors spend quality time with each patient to get to the heart of the matter, typically 45 minutes on an initial consult and 30 minutes to 1 hour for follow up consultations.
Focal Point Vitality use bio-identical hormones and pharmaceutical grade supplements to balance your hormones until you become symptom free. We also look to find and treat the underlying cause(s) of problems and not just treat symptoms.
We look at your medicines to determine which medicines deplete you of nutrients. People taking multiple medicines are at risk for drug reactions and less effective treatments. By replenishing lost nutrients, we improve your overall health and lower the risk of drug reactions. We offer nutritional therapy and customize vitamins, minerals, antioxidants based upon your unique physiology after high-end nutritional testing.
Sex headed south? No libido, no orgasm? We offer help for patients so that they regain their sexual functioning. It’s an important part of who people are and we discuss these issues openly with patients that desire this help and support.
Our approach is, of necessity, comprehensive in nature because we live in a modern society. Meet Our Staff
Lauren Lanz NP-C
Lauren graduated Pre-med from the university of Arizona in 2011 and moved up to phoenix shortly after graduation. in 2014 she graduated Magna Cum Laude with her Bachelors of Science in nursing from Grand Canyon University (GCU) and started her nursing career at a level 1 trauma center in phoenix.
From there she was hired at Mayo Clinic hospital to work along side some of the top nurses, surgeons, and providers in the country. she quickly knew she wanted to do more for her patients, and in 2022 she graduated Magna Cum Laude with her Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) with a Specialization in Family Nurse Practitioner program.
Lauren has always been fascinated with skin health and wellness by optimizing the body to its full potential.
Dr Jeffers – NMD, NP-C
Dr. Jeffers has over 40 years of experience in the field of medicine, including 22 years as a Registered Nurse, 12 years as a Family Nurse Practitioner, and 16 years as a Naturopathic Doctor. Dr. Jeffers has worked in Primary Care and Urgent Cares in various medical centers in the valley, including the Mayo Clinic, Banner Health, and Honor Health. She started her Naturoapthic career 16 years ago in weight loss and hormone balance and her focus at Focal Point Vitality is to help patients achieve their optimum hormone balance and have success in their weight loss journey.
Peter Rivera – Peptide Specialist
Peter Rivera, born in New York has an extensive background in Peptides therapies including the GLP-1 Weight Loss Peptides and has a proven successful career in the Health and Fitness profession and a training expert with over 30 years’ experience in the industry. Peter was General Manager at major gyms including Equinox and New York Sports Club.
He is an accomplished strength and conditioning coach and personal trainer with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Energetic and dedicated with an exemplary work ethic.
He is focused on helping his clients break through to achieve results they have never seen before and in addition to television appearances, has been published both here in the USA and Internationally.
